The fully equipped kitchen finished with modern granite has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and is outfitted with everything you need to cook and dine in. The generous master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and separate access to the terrace. The bathroom is artfully tiled, with marble countertops, large shower and a stylish sink. The unit comfortably sleeps 3 when using the double-sized futon in the living room. The futon in the living area is ideal for 1 adult or possibly 2 small children.

For larger groups we can accommodate up to 7 people between all of our units in the Skyline building.

Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo has been professionally furnished and decorated complete with all the amenities of home. We have blackout blinds throughout so you can have a peaceful and restful sleep or afternoon siesta. The bedroom is finished off with wooden closets, air conditioning, ceiling fans and soft silky bedding, a Queen size bed, LCD TV and a small desk which is perfect for a laptop!

The Bathroom is complete with marble countertops, beach and bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner and shower gel.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and stove. Dine at the Italian granite island bar complete with 4 stylish bar stools.

Our living area has been finished off with a modern glass table, sofa, 2 relaxing chairs, DVD and MP3 player and our 32 inch LCD TV with SKY satellite. Walk onto the private terrace furnished with tables and chairs where you can sip your favorite drink while enjoying the fresh breeze from the Caribbean.

Pueblito Escondido

Situated a half block from sand!

Is located in the well-appointed Pueblito Escondido condo hotel complex. It is a large 1 bedroom condo unit (1150 ft2) set between the newer trendy area of the world famous 5th Avenue and the silky beaches of Playa del Carmen.

At Pueblito Escondido you will enjoy condo living in a resort style setting. The complex has two pools. A family pool on ground level and a spectacular roof-top “Adults Only” infinity pool overlooking Playa’s gorgeous beaches. Wow! What a view! Bring your own drinks and food or have meals delivered from the restaurant downstairs. It’s up to you. Enjoy a nice quiet swim in the infinity pool and then rest on a padded lounger while enjoying the sun or shade in the warm breeze. Feel like sand between your toes? Take the elevator down, exit the lobby, and turn left. You are now steps from a magnificent beach that stretches for miles in either direction.

Use this condo full-sized kitchen to prepare meals and drinks. If you don’t feel like cooking, drop by Barro Negro restaurant located in the condo complex. Or better yet, simply call them and order in. Of course you have many other dining options available to you as a visitor to Playa del Carmen. The north end is full of hip affordable restaurants for you to enjoy.

Pueblito Escondido is located close to 5th Avenue. Shop until your heart’s content on the 1.5 mile long stretch of vibrant shops and restaurants with products and food from Mexico and around the world. No trip to Playa is complete without visiting “Quinta Avenida”!

Condo Mara sleeps up to four people. It has a large living room and a separate media seating area. The kitchen is full-sized with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has all you need to prepare complete meals. Create cocktails the way YOU like them. Yum!

The living and dining area overlooks the peaceful balcony which runs the entire width of the unit. You can enjoy a quiet coffee or tea every morning in the gentle breeze amongst tropical plants with a view of the ground pool.

The spacious bedroom has a four poster king-sized bed complete with quality linens and comfortable pillows. The window has black out curtains to help you sleep. A closet contains pull out drawers and many hangers for your clothes. It has a safety deposit box to store your valuables. The bedroom has a wall mounted television, a telephone, and a separate entrance to your bathroom.

The bathroom is clean and modern. All toiletries are provided. Enjoy your comfortable shower. There’s room for two!

Caribbean Beach and Downtown rolled into one . An amazing tropical building.

Stunning 1 bedroom 1 bathroom modern condo with more than the essentials in an American Style Kitchen. You will feel right at home in this fully equipped condo. I feel that I have thought of everything to supply this condo with the comforts of home. There is a TV in the Living room and Bedroom, 2 A/C units, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed. There is a big mirror over by the dining room window with a desk and natural light for ladies that want an extra getting ready area separate from the bathroom.

I bought this condo after searching all around Playa. Not only is the condo modern and fun but LOCATION, LOCATION LOCATION!!! It is seriously only foot steps to the famous 5th AVENUE. Here you will have amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Gelato, street performers, shopping, and people watching

A quick stroll down a lush curved sidewalk for a block and a half ending at the cool white sand beaches. Here you can rent a jet ski, para- sail, swim or lay out. You can walk a few more blocks down the beach and take the Ferry to Cozumel.

This is a brand new condo in Playa del Carmen’s trendiest new area (Zazil-ha/Little Italy). The location cannot be beat! You get the serenity of the sea and the nightlife of 5th Avenue all within easy walking distance. It is just 2 short blocks from the beach where you can find many amazing beach clubs (Mamitas, Kool, Canibal Royal).
