This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa features the clean, modern design with ceramic tile flooring throughout. The open living area provides maximum flow between the cozy living room and dining room (seating for 8) and the well-equipped kitchen. The living room features a sofa, TV, SKY satellite, and WiFi connectivity. The fully-equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and the granite counters offer plenty of workspace along with a bar & 2 bar stools for additional seating. We have a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen so you can enjoy purified water and ice from our fridge. Oversized sliding doors provide plenty of light as well as access to the garden terrace. A washer and dryer are provided, along with amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel and more…..

The main floor bedroom features 2 twin-sized beds and a bathroom located just outside the door. An additional upstairs queen-sized room has an en-suite bath and a small balcony which overlooks the garden. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a balcony with 2 lounge chairs as well as en-suite bath. All of the bathrooms feature marble showers, hair dryers and all basic toiletries.

The most outstanding features of the villa is the beautiful roof terrace with a table & 4 chairs and comfy lounge seating including a 3 seat sofa and 2 chairs. A large umbrella is provided for those of you seeking shade. If you’d like to take a hop in our jacuzzi tub, fill it up to the temperature you like to indulge in an afternoon cocktail or some amazing star gazing! Our jacuzzi offers you added security with our adjacent safety glass.

The beach club for the Tao guests called Jungle Fish is located just a 2 minute walk away!!! Our guests can enjoy the luxuries of the beach club which has a pool, bar, restaurant and lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can also access the second story for an amazing view of the Caribbean and additional seating. If you are looking for some evening entertainment check in with the Jungle Fish staff to see what fun you can enjoy during your stay. That’s not all, you have access to the TAO Wellness Center that offers full spa amenities with a gym, exercise lap pools, yoga classes, etc. and access to the Bahia Principe Resort facilities! Applicable fees do apply at all locations mentioned above so please inquire.

Akumal is a true paradise with plenty of retreat-like quiet when you need it and lots of activity when you crave it. Great restaurants, turtle watching, and superb snorkeling are only steps away. The location is perfect for day-trips into Tulum (20 mins.) and Playa del Carmen (25 mins.); you are also very close to crystal clear cenotes, ancient Mayan ruins, quaint colonial towns and all that the fabulous Mayan Riviera has to offer. For those of you looking for some adventure we are located near many eco adventure parks for you to enjoy. Some of the most famous in the area are Xel-Ha (15 mins.), Xcaret / Xplor / Xenses (20 mins.) and many more near by.

For those of you traveling in larger groups please don’t look elsewhere. We can accommodate larger groups in our other unit, Tao Ocean A3 where we can sleep an additional 6 guests.

This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa features the clean, modern design of Actual Studios, as well as marble flooring throughout. The open living area provides maximum flow between the cozy living room and dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen. The living room features a leather sofa and two chairs, a 50” TV, SKY satellite, and WiFi connectivity. The fully-equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and the granite counters offer plenty of workspace along with a breakfast bar adjacent to the dining room. Oversized sliding doors provide plenty of light as well as access to the garden terrace. A washer and dryer is provided, along with beach amenities such as towels and an umbrella.

The most outstanding features of the villa are its two beautiful roof terraces: one, an ocean-view space with a comfortable sofa, chairs and a maneuverable aluminum roof which can be open for sun or closed for shade. The other overlooks the garden area and includes two upholstered chairs with footstools and a table for two.

Our guests can enjoy the luxuries of the Jungle Fish beach club which is conveniently located only a few steps from your front door. The club has a pool, swim up bar, restaurant and roof terrace with lounge chairs and seating.

Are you ready for an unforgettable Mexico getaway in beautiful Akumal? This incredible 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the new Tao Inspired Living 5-star complex sleeps 6 and features an amazing jungle view.

From the moment you step into this property, you’ll know you’ve arrived at your ultimate vacation! When you step into the front room, you’ll be greeted with the amazing views that surround this condo.

Inside, a comfortable modern couch invites you to lounge in front of the TV. The dining table tempts you to bring over friends for a long meal talking into the wee hours of the night. Tao Chan

The condo is located along the beautiful Riviera Maya between Playa del Carmen and Akumal in the gated community of Sirenis for your security and safety. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the “Grand Sirenis Hotel” where you can enjoy the hotel facilities for the day! As well, for your convenience you will find just around the corner and Oxxo convenience store, Dive Shop and a small pizza and coffee shop. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with modern finishes. The island includes 3 bar stools for your dining area or sit in front of the TV while you enjoy your meal. The living area has a sectional sofa that can seat 3 comfortably and as many as 4. We have a smart TV in both bedrooms so you can access all the channels you like through NetFlix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Off the living area is our spacious terrace overlooking the pool and garden area with a small table and 2 chairs to sit and relax admiring the beauty in front of you. The guest bedroom is furnished as a studio for those couples or families that would like some privacy and conveniences of having everything at their fingertips. This bedroom includes a small dining area for 2, electric stove top, water jug, smart TV, microwave, small bar fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, silverware and cooking supplies. Just steps away you will find our outdoor common areas with a palapa and gas BBQ area for your use. There is also a long pool that looks out toward the tropical garden area behind furnished with a table and 4 chairs and lounge chairs to take in some sun by the pool.

Our guests can also enjoy the beautiful and serene Tao Wellness Centre situated in the middle of tropical gardens. The wellness center has 2 lap pools, a restaurant, bike rentals, gymnasium and free yoga classes. Yoga schedule can be found at the Wellness Center when you visit.

Please see below our 1 Bedroom and Studio pricing for smaller groups. In order to fill the slower months this condo can also be rented as a one bedroom or as a studio since the bedrooms can be occupied as two separate living spaces. The main entrance door is shared then each unit has a private entrance. Each with its own kitchen or kitchenette and private entrances. Please note that one bedroom and studio rentals are only available during the low season period which runs from May 1 – December 16. Also, as a guest at Tao Chan you will have access to the Jungle Fish Beach Club and the Bahia Principe (day pass applicable fees apply). The Jungle Fish Beach Club includes a restaurant, lounge chairs and umbrellas and pool. You are only steps away from the beautiful Caribbean. The cost of food, beverage and use of the lounge chairs/umbrellas is not included. Prices may change without notice so we suggest going there to see current pricing for the rental of chairs, etc. A day pass can be purchased at the Bahia Principe so you can enjoy the day using their beautiful facilities. The all inclusive day pass includes food and beverage, towels and the rest of the onsite facilities. Please note not all the hotel restaurants are included with the day pass.

For those of you that love to golf you will find one of the most beautiful courses located only 10 minutes from the condo. It is a Robert Trent Champion Golf Course surrounded by gorgeous tropical plants and palms! It is rated amongst the top 5 golf courses in Mexico.
